Using Atlantic Wakame
If you've been to a Japanese restaurant, you've probably seen wakame on the menu as a delicous salad with sesame seeds, sesame oil, and soy sauce. That's one way to enjoy wakame. Another is to enrich soups, stews, broths, stocks ... you get the idea.

Hervorragende Qualität
Diese Algen mag ich am liebsten würzig-sauer eingelegt. Die Zubereitung ist einfach und ich habe immer meine Dosis Algen verzehrfertig parat. Die Ware von Eichenhain war erstklassig. Sie duftete frisch nach Meer und beim Waschen und Verlesen gab es - außer ein paar Krümeln - keine Abfälle oder Verunreinigungen.
Die beste Wakame, die ich je gegessen habe
Wakame ist meine Lieblingsalge. Und ich hatte noch keine, die so gut und fein war wie diese. Absolut zart und delikat. Ein Traum. Meine unbedingte Kaufempfehlung für Algen- und Wakame-Fans.
