Dulse is one of our favorite algae. It tastes great, it's pretty and the color looks like it could come from a different planet.

Using Dulse Flakes

Dulse flakes are easy to use in the kitchen. They lend a nice taste to potato, rice and pasta dishes, but also to salads. We admit to also liking them as a munchy snack or adding the flakes to shakes and smoothies.

  • Storage: Dry and cool
  • Recommended amount: Not more than 2g/day due to a potentially high level of iodine. If you want to use more, please soak in water for a couple of hours first. Exchange the water a couple of times to reduce the iodine levels.

Ideal für den Smoothie

Die Flocken sind so praktisch, anders als die größeren Dulsealgen, verschwinden sie im Smoothie und man hat keine größeren Stücke. Anthony William empfiehlt Dulsealgen aus dem Nordatlantik. In Medical Food ab S. 282, sie leiten Schwermetalle aus, enthalten viel Jod, 50 bioverfügbare Mineralien, sie erden uns, machen uns emotional stabil. Die Dulsealgen gehören in den HMDS, dem täglichen Entgiftungssmoothie.

Dank Dulse schwermetallbefreit

Ich verwende die Dulseflocken im Anthony William Detoxsmoothie, der seit einem Jahr zu meiner Morgenroutine geworden ist. Inzwischen bin ich süchtig nach diesem Smoothie. Die allmähliche Genesung von schwerer Krankheit (CFS/ME) ist auch dieser Dulse geschuldet und ich bin froh, sie beim vertrauenswürdigen Eichenhain gefunden zu haben.
