Atlantic Wakame (Alaria esculentawild harvested in Ireland and carefully air-dried and then flaked.

Note: The stems in the second picture appear when the wakame is a little firmer. If you prefer small pieces but without any stems at all, take a look at our wakame granules.

Using Atlantic Wakame Flakes

Wakame flakes are an easy way to to enrich soups, stews, broths, stocks ... you get the idea.

    • Soak in water for 2-3 minutes.
