Summary: We process your data to send you your goods and to operate this website. You will not receive any unwanted advertising from us.

1. General

Data collection. In the initiation, conclusion, processing and reversal of a purchase contract, data is collected, stored and processed by us within the framework of legal regulations.

The legal basis for such data processing is the fulfilment of a contract with you according to Art. 6 para. 1 b DSGVO.

When visiting our websites, the currently used IP address of your PC, date and time, the browser type and the operating system of your PC as well as the pages you viewed are logged. However, this does not allow us to draw conclusions about personal data and we do not intend to do so.

The personal data you provide to us, for example during an order or by e-mail (e.g. your name and contact details), are processed only for correspondence with you and only for the purpose for which you provided us with the data, e.g. to process your order.

The legal basis for such data processing is either your consent to processing in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 a DSGVO or our legitimate interest in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 d DSGVO.

Data transfer. We only pass on your data to our service providers as far as this is necessary for the fulfillment of the services, for example to the shipping company commissioned with the delivery (usually DHL), so that the shipment can be delivered to you.

The same applies to our warehouse service provider, who packages the goods and prepares them for dispatch.

To process payments, we pass on your payment data to the credit institution commissioned with the payment. Depending on the method of payment, these are: Stripe, Mollie, PayPal, Klarna, iDEAL, P24.

Note on Klarna: Klarna assesses your creditworthiness to decide whether to grant you purchase on account or installment payment. Your personal data is processed in accordance with Klarna's Privacy Policy.

When using our postal address in Berlin, your communication is scanned for us by the company Afterwards, the original is either sent to us or destroyed in compliance with data protection regulations.

We use Cloudways as the host for the website and Hetzner as the host for other data such as invoice copies.

Our email service provider is Fastmail.

We assure that we do not pass on your personal data to third parties, unless we are legally obliged to do so or you have expressly consented to this in advance.

Insofar as we use the services of third parties to carry out and process processing processes, data protection regulations are complied with.

2. Duration of Storage

As far as commercial and tax retention periods have to be observed, the duration of storage of certain data can be up to 10 years. If you register as a customer with us but do not order anything within 30 days, we reserve the right to delete your account.

During your order, you have the opportunity to request our newsletter. The newsletter is sent by email (on average not more than 1x per month) and contains information about new products and offers. We will not make your personal data, which we process for the dispatch of the newsletter, available to third parties, except possibly our newsletter service provider, as explained above in the "Data Transfer" section. 4. Your Rights and Contact Options

If you no longer agree with the storage of your personal data or if they have become incorrect, we will arrange for the deletion, correction or blocking of your data in accordance with legal regulations, upon receipt of appropriate instruction.

You also have the right to data portability. This means that you are entitled to receive all the personal data you have provided us in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format. You also have the right to have this data transferred to another controller by us.

Upon request, you will receive free information about all personal data we have stored about you.
