Our Bali cashew cocoa clusters from goodmoodfood are a delicious blend of raw cashews and raw fermented cocoa nibs with coconut blossom nectar and taste really, really delicious. The coconut blossom nectar gives a harmonious sweetness, the mild Balinese nibs and the raw cashews a seductive bite.

All ingredients for the raw cocoa cashew clusters are grown in small farmers' cooperatives and mixed cultures. The farmers are paid fairly and the cultivation is sustainable. People and the environment are protected.

During the laborious peeling of the cocoa fruits and cashew kernels, we ensure, among other things, the protection of small farmers, who are not exposed to harmful fumes due to the pesticide- and fertilizer-free cultivation of the plants.

In addition, mixed cultivation protects the soil sustainably and thus guarantees long-term use of the plants.

The coconut blossom nectar comes from Java, Indonesia, the fine hand-peeled cashew nuts from Burkina Faso and the nutrient-rich raw cocoa nibs from Peru.
