Coconut blossom sugar is a natural sweetener with a very long tradition. You won't want to go back to regular sugar after trying it. It's very mild in taste with hints of caramell and malt.

We gave it to a family member who's exclamation was "Mmmhhh, that's some delicious sh*t!" We wish we had recorded it.

Coconut blossom sugar also contains more nutrients than regular sugar.
