Jeden Tag 9 Kapseln auf nüchternen Magen. Dazu noch Zink. Ergibt mehr Energie, Fastenintervall kann ausgedehnt werden und Training am Morgen ist deutlich energiegeladener.
War okay könnte besser sein
Da waren bei ein paar Sachen noch dran an der Kapsel die noch kleben ich weiß nicht was es war und ich dachte die Wirkung ist stärker
