2/3 fermented cod liver oil and 1/3 X-Factor High Vitamin butter oil as gel.
Two special foods combined. Both oils complement each other - which is why Weston A. Price always administered cod liver oil and butter oil together. The reason is that vitamins A, D, and K can only be optimally utilized by the body when taken together. The cod liver oil also provides omega-3 fatty acids.
Note
"Cod and haddock are synonyms, but both terms are used differently regionally: sometimes haddock is used to refer to the young fish, while cod is used for the older, spawning fish. Fish from the Baltic Sea are usually referred to only as haddock (Baltic haddock), while those from other waters are called cod."

The crystals are harmless – they form when the oil is warmed to room temperature and then slowly cools down to below 5°C (e.g. during transport).
To dissolve the crystals again, you can warm the oil to room temperature, possibly in a water bath, until it liquefies. Then place it in the refrigerator, and by the next intake, there should be no more crystals present.

Mein Liebling ist... :)
