Goat whey vs cow whey
There are two benefits of goat milk (and thus whey) over cow milk.
For one, goat whey has an even higher bio-availability and better amino acid profile than cow whey.

Goat whey protein
Very good product, definitely worth to try, good alternative to people with lactose intolerance. Also absorb better than cow’s protein and doesn’t have side effects. Very good taste and no added sugar or other additives.
