Kidney from grazing cattle, like all offal, is a real superfood. Predators eat the offal of their prey first and foremost, because they instinctively know that this provides them with the widest range of the most important nutrients.

It was no different for humans in the past. In traditional cultures, offal is valued most highly, not muscle meat. Here in Europe, this was also the case not so long ago.

Recommended intake for capsules:

• 6-9 capsules
• 1-2 times daily
• preferably with some fat or a meal

• 1 capsule contains approx. 350 mg dried kidney.

We are really pleased to be able to offer this high quality product. As written above, kidney is a particularly valuable food. We do like to eat kidney (well, one of us at least), but kidney from pasture-raised beef are not so easy to find.

With freeze-dried kidney, whether in capsule or powder form, one can very comfortably consume kidney daily.

We believe that the steady intake of a smaller amount is better for the body than an infrequent but larger intake. Diet is little different from exercise. It is better to exercise for 15 minutes a day than to go to the gym for 1 hour once a week.

It is also nice that the product comes from Europe. Ancestral Supplements are very popular in the USA ... but why go far when good things are so close.
