MacaPro products can be consumed at any time of the day, but above all, regular intake is important.

Applications:
- Drinks: A great addition to smoothies and shakes. Add a teaspoon to your drink to enrich it.
- Food preparation: Try Maca also for food preparation, e.g. in muesli.
