Thanks to the special composition of three ingredients, magnesium can be optimally absorbed and utilised by the body. While some preparations use cheap raw materials that often cause gastrointestinal problems, the magnesium is particularly well tolerated thanks to the glycinate. In addition, trimagnesium citrate ensures rapid absorption and it can transport the magnesium to the right places in the body in a short time.
Since citrate alone quickly causes high blood peaks, magnesium carbonate comes into play: it is much less soluble and is only absorbed very slowly by the body. The magnesium can be optimally utilised through the staggered absorption of the two substances.
