Product description

Freeze-dried lungs & liver from pasture-raised beef from Estonia.

Lungs from grazing cattle, like all offal, is an unusual superfood. However, predators eat the offal of their prey first and foremost, because they instinctively know that this provides them with the widest range of the most important nutrients.

It was no different for humans in the past. In traditional cultures, offal is valued most highly, not muscle meat. Here in Europe, this was also the case not so long ago.

Why we offer grass-fed lungs from Nutriest

We are really pleased to be able to offer this high quality product. As written above, lungs is a particularly valuable food. We do like to eat lungs (well, one of us at least), but lungs from pasture-raised beef is not so easy to find.

With freeze-dried lungs, whether in capsule or powder form, one can very comfortably consume the equivalent of 10 g of fresh lungs daily.

We believe that the steady intake of a smaller amount is better for the body than an infrequent but larger intake. Diet is little different from exercise. It is better to exercise for 15 minutes a day than to go to the gym for 1 hour once a week.

It is also nice that the product comes from Europe. Ancestral Supplements are very popular in the USA ... but why go far when good things are so close.

Überraschend

Ich wusste gar nicht, dass Rinderlunge je 100 g ca. 39 mg Vitamin C enthalten!

Reply from Eichenhain.com:
Ja, sehr überraschend! Ich habe interessenshalber gerade nachgeschaut, wieviel Vit. C Zitronensaft hat. 🍋 100g haben ebenfalls 39mg! Krass. Eine rote Paprika hat im Vergleich aber 127,7mg. Da sieht man, dass Zitronen gar nicht so super reich an Vitamin C sind, wie allgemein angenommen.

p.s. Danke für die Bewertung! 😀
