Our Guarantee

Within 30 days of delivery according to tracking, we will refund you the purchase price minus 15% if you are dissatisfied with the goods.

Shipping costs are not refunded. Within Germany, we cover the return shipping costs.

Claiming the Guarantee

Simply let us know and we will send you a return label within Germany (outside Germany, we ask you to organize the shipping yourself).

Conditions

• The guarantee is only valid for goods priced below 50 Euros.

• The guarantee applies only according to good faith. Some customers have abused the guarantee, which is why we have now introduced stricter conditions. What do we mean by abuse? One customer ate 96% of the product and then claimed the guarantee. Another customer complained that the consistency of the cod liver oil was not suitable for perfect dosing with a spoon.

This guarantee exists independently of your statutory rights (the consumer withdrawal).
