For humans, it was no different in the past. In traditional cultures, offal is highly valued, not muscle meat. In Europe, this was also the case not too long ago.

We are really very happy to be able to offer this high-quality product. As mentioned above, heart is a particularly valuable food. We (well, at least one of us) like to eat heart, but heart from pasture-raised cattle is not so easy to find.
With freeze-dried heart, whether in capsules or as a powder, you can conveniently consume heart regularly every day with the recommended dosage.
We believe that the continuous intake of a smaller amount is better for the body than a rare but larger intake. Nutrition is not much different from exercise. It is better to exercise for 15 minutes daily than to go to the gym for 1 hour once a week.
It's also nice that the product comes from Europe. In the USA, ancestral supplements are very popular... but why wander far when the good is so close.
