Date sugar is pure awesomess. Whoever came up with the idea to dry dates and ground them up fine and use that delicious powder as a sugar substitute was a genius. We're somewhat astounded that date sugar is still such a well-kept secret. It's really great!

Dattelzucker aus Tunesien
Ich liebe diesen Zucker aus Datteln. Natürlich eignet er sich nicht wirklich zum Backen, aber für Cheesecake, der nicht gebacken werden muss, ist er perfekt. Ich streue ihn über Joghurt, Porridge, Eiscreme und verwende ihn als Topping.

Der Zucker ist einwandfrei und sehr lecker. Lt. wissenschaftlichen Studien ist Dattelzucker der gesündeste Zucker - bin ganz glücklich, den hier gefunden zu haben.
