Like all offal, kidney from grass-fed beef is a real superfood. Predators eat the innards of their prey first, knowing instinctively that this will provide them with the widest range of key nutrients.

It was no different for humans in the past. In traditional cultures, offal is valued the most, not the muscle meat. This was also the case here in Europe not too long ago.

We are really very happy to be able to offer this high quality product. Organs are particularly valuable foods. We like to eat kidney, but grass-fed kidney isn't that easy to find. (OK, ok only one of us likes organs!)

With these capsules, you can take kidney very conveniently on a regular basis.

We believe that taking a smaller amount consistently is better for the body than taking it infrequently but in larger amounts. Diet is very different from exercise. It is better to exercise 15 minutes a day than to go to the gym for 1 hour once a week.
