Using Atlantic Wakame

If you've been to a Japanese restaurant, you've probably seen wakame on the menu as a delicous salad with sesame seeds, sesame oil, and soy sauce. That's one way to enjoy wakame. Another is to enrich soups, stews, broths, stocks ... you get the idea.

  • Note: Not to exceed 2g/day due to potentially high levels of iodine. Please soak in water for a couple of hours first and exchange the water a couple of times to reduce iodine levels.

Die beste Wakame, die ich je gegessen habe

Wakame ist meine Lieblingsalge. Und ich hatte noch keine, die so gut und fein war wie diese. Absolut zart und delikat. Ein Traum. Meine unbedingte Kaufempfehlung für Algen- und Wakame-Fans.

Das freut uns sehr. :-) Vielen lieben Dank für die Bewertung! Nur kurz der Hinweis, dass, weil die Wakame ein Naturprodukt ist, die zu unterschiedlichen Jahreszeiten und daher Wachstumsperioden geerntet wird, die Wakame mal zarter und mal fester sein kann, dann auch mal salziger und mal weniger salzig. Auch die Farbe kann sich ändern. Die Qualität sollte aber gleich bleiben! Wir wünschen weiterhin viel Freude damit!
