Here you will find gently freeze-dried liver from pasture-fed beef from Estonia.

Like all offal, liver from pasture-fed beef is a real superfood. Predators eat the offal of their prey first, as instinctively they know that this provides them with the widest range of essential nutrients.

It used to be no different for humans. In traditional cultures, offal is most highly prized, not the muscle meat. This was also the case in Europe not too long ago.

We are really very pleased to be able to offer this high-quality product. Liver is a particularly valuable food. We enjoy eating (well, one of us at least) liver, but pasture-fed beef liver is not easy to find.

With the freeze-dried liver, whether in capsules or as a powder, you can conveniently take the recommended dosage of 10 g of fresh liver daily.

We believe that the continuous intake of a smaller amount is better for the body than a rare but larger intake. Nutrition is not much different from sport. It is better to do 15 minutes of exercise every day than to go to the gym for 1 hour once a week.

It is also nice that the product comes from Europe. Ancestral Supplements are very popular in the USA... but why go far when the good is so close.
