The original idea of this great product is, as its name suggests, as an addition or alternative to other types of stock. Using it as a stock, we think it is best as an addition to other stocks. Using it more creatively, we think it's great as spice for fish, veggies, and even eggs. Add some sea salt and pepper and you're set. Perfect!
