Dr. Weston A. Price always gave his patients cod liver oil and butter oil together. Vitamins A, D and K work best when the body has enough of each. Alone, the vitamins are unable to play their proper role in the body. The cod liver oil also supplies omega 3 fatty acids.

Macht Zähne stark
Der Geschmack ist gewöhnungsbedürftig, doch die Wirkung spricht für sich: Hatte längere Zeit empfindliche Zähne -- zum Beispiel nach dem Verzehr von Zitrusfrüchten. Durch eine Kombi dieses Lebertrans mit nährstoffreicher Ernährung, ausreichender Magnesiumzufuhr und Ölziehen hat sich das komplett gelegt.
Es gibt wahrscheinlich einige weitere positive Effekte, doch dies ist für mich am deutlichsten spürbar -- und für mich die Überwindung bereits wert.
